Moscow Internet Cafe - Although not as popular in the United States and the rest of Europe, there are a few Internet café's in Moscow. In case you aren't up to speed on what an Internet café' is, it's a place where you can hook up to the Internet if you don't have a connection in your hotel. Some Internet café's offer food and beverages that you can enjoy while you surf the net.

Connections and connection speeds to the Internet can be very iffy at times. Many phone lines in Russia are old and in need of repair. Signals can be scratchy and unreliable. Sometimes there is no signal available at all.

However it is nice to connect up once or twice during your vacation to check your email, download your digital photos to free up your memory card, check out the sports results etc.
